Step 2: Contact with Professor of the university and request him/her to accept you as a student. here is Email Sample. Having acceptance from the professor will increase your chances of scholarship and this isn’t too tough.

When he agrees to Accept you then send him a Supervisor Request Letter or Acceptance letter format
Step 3: Fill out a CSC Online Application Form through the Chinese Government Scholarship login.

There are three Scholarship Categories
- CSC Scholarship Category A
- CSC Scholarship Category B
- CSC Scholarship Category C
- CSC Scholarship Category A (Select it if you apply through Chinese Embassy)
Remember according to New Chinese scholarship council Policy you can apply in 2 University through China Embassy.

Step 4: Complete the “Physical Examination Record for Foreigner” form and also attach required reports with this Medical Form which is also called Foreigner Physical Examination Form

NEW CSC Policy Updated: Within each enrollment year, each applicant is allowed submit no more than 3 applications, including a maximum of 2 Type A and 1 Type B applications. If you apply for Chinese Scholarship in more than one university through A type, it will increase the chances to win a Scholarship.
